Classes
Classes run over a 10 week period during school terms, morning and nights. We have packages of 10 or 20 and casual bookings. Floor classes can only take a maximum of 15 – 20 participants, which makes it essential you book your classes well before the starting dates.
CLASS FEES:
1 class per week / 10 weeks $185 includes 1 Pilates mat & 1 Foam Block ($150 if you already have your own exercise mat & Foam Block)
2 classes per week/ 10 weeks $305 includes 1 Pilates mat & 1 Foam Block ($270 if you already have your own exercise mat & Foam Block)
Casual class $18.00
Please note if you already have a Pilates Mat then please bring it along with you.
*Any missed sessions pre-paid can be made up at any other class during the 10 week term, otherwise the missed class is forfeited.
Pilates Essentials– Beginners/All levels
This class is designed as an all-over body workout. We will be working on strengthening through your arms, abs, butts and thighs while focusing on the Pilates fundamentals, techniques and principles. Existing clients are welcome to attend Pilates Essentials classes if they would like to refresh their technique as all the exercises will be broken down step-by-step for people learning them for the first time.
Pilates Flow - All levels
Pilates flow will run with a continuous fluid pace that will incorporate more challenging & dynamic exercises. As always we cater for different levels of ability, offering modifications so you can work at your own pace.This class is designed as an all-over body workout. We will be working on strengthening through your arms, abs, butts and thighs while still applying the techniques and principles you have learnt, in Pilates essentials. Exercises are now performed with a continuous flow, working on progressively increasing your flexibility and strength through a range of exercises with ongoing repetitions and incorporating small props such as the theroband, Pilates circle & Toning Balls.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Own towel is essential
• Wear loose comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
• No shoes during class
• Can bring own mat, or mats are provided
HBF – Private Health Insurance
If you have private health insurance with HBF you may be able to claim your Pilates classes depending on your level of cover. Please advise on booking if you require an invoice for your classes.
