Hey Team!! As more & more people across the country are being impacted by Covid-19 I wanted to offer everyone some FREE at home workouts to keep life semi normal.


These workouts will be updated weekly for the next 4 weeks & will be accessible to anyone whether you are a new client, past client or have never attended a class with me before.


I wanted to give back to you all as I know this will be a tough time for so many & I believe with a healthy mind, body & spirit together we can help stop the spread of this virus.


The first class for you all is a full 30 minute “Arm addiction (with a side of abs)" Together we will be toning our arms & flattening those abs without using any equipment & feeling elegant & beautiful while doing it! You can do this workout from anywhere.

The second 30 minute no equipment, at home Pilates workout is ‘B.L.T’ come & join me while we focus on our Booty, Legs & Thighs. So, get ready for some intense leg action!!!

The third class is a 20 minutes 'Core Stabilisation' sequence of exercises to help build muscle endurance for the core, lower back & stabilise the Spine. This is a routine I do most days of the week.  

The fourth 30 minute session is 'All about the BACK" We will be focusing on building a strong & sexy Back. All you need is your body weight & a mat for support. This routine will open you up, prevent you from slouching while strengthening your upper body. The moves have all been designed to help tone & sculpt your back.

For my beautiful Pregnant/Post natal clients there is a full 30 minute "Lower Body Balance & Tone" this class is appropriate for any trimester of pregnancy or Post Natal. Together we will do a safe & effective workout to both strengthen & stretch your body.
