Today I am sharing a lower bod workout that is all about building strength on the backside of the body. Don’t be fooled, having a tight tush isn’t just about looking good in the latest workout gear. Having a strong booty helps prevent a host of issues including preventing back pain which often goes hand in hand if you have weak gluteal muscles.


This routine will have you sculpting every angle of your glutes as well as strengthening your core – all in under 10 minutes.
